Super appart avec stationnement à Limoilou

Negative: Pas de serpillière ni de balais, l'eau qui se verse sur la bb plancher lors du bain. Sans compter les frais en sus retenue sur ma carte de crédit sans m'avoir avisé au préalable

Positive: Appartement situé dans un quartier sympathique, confortable et bien équipé. L'appartement est à moins de trois kilomètres du vieux Québec. Interlocuteur très réactif. Le logement dispose aussi d'un parking privatif. Negative: Nous n'avons pas vu de détecteurs incendie dans le logement. Les meubles de cuisine et l'entrée arrière sont un peu vieillissants.

Disappointing quality but nice neighborhood Positive: The location is decent for exploring Quebec if you have a car. The neighborhood is cute and the apartment has a boulangerie just in-front. Negative: Overall, we were disappointed with the quality and state of the apartment. The unit we had has a kitchen and bathroom that certainly needs to be renovated — it’s old and the finishings seem almost makeshift and the shower and bathroom in particular left much to be desired. Neither space is one that one wants to spend any time in. The living room and bedrooms are in much better shape. You can hear the tenants of the apartment below even if they’re just speaking at a normal level, but that’s usually the case in these old buildings. Unfortunately we were disappointed as the pictures made it seem much nicer.

Un logement très agréable et confortable. Positive: Communication facile et efficace avec le propriétaire qui a été très poli et bienveillant. Le logement était grand, bien équipé et confortable, pour un prix très raisonnable. Le stationnement juste derrière l’appartement est bien pratique, ainsi que les deux accès à l’avant et à l’arrière du logement.
