Très bon emplacement. Malheureusement bruyant (fan de restaurant à l’arrière, bar&resto en dessous) Positive: Emplacement génial. Grand appartement. Fonctionnel. Negative: Bruyant avant le ventilateur extérieur de restaurant à l’arrière qui donne directement sur la chambre de l’appartement. Le contour du bain mériterait un entretien. Avec un accès direct sur l’extérieur, il est surprenant que la sécurité n’est assurée que par un code de 4 chiffres qui est fourni par voie électronique (non sécurisé).
