Big apartment with parking in Limoilou

Positive: Good location. Parking space. A/C worked in sitting room. Kitchen equipped. Negative: Sorry, a lot of tough comments here: - the photos on Booking did not include the bathroom, nor tears on the lino on the kitchen floor. - the back entrance was a disgrace, like a slum. This alone should disqualify this apartment from rental. See included photo. No sense of security. - the bathroom is at least 40 years old, - the bedrooms and kitchen were OK, but you wouldn't recommend it to anyone. - no dishwasher, - tumble dryer did not work in spite of several messages via Booking. - every single movement from upstairs could be heard, although this is probably normal for these type of apartments.

The lady owner was very nice and helpful Positive: The place was so cozy and comfortable We really enjoyed staying there 🙏🩷🙏🩷 We will come back when we will visit My favourite Quebec City again 🙏🩷🙏🩷

Positive: Appartement facile d’accès avec une place de parking dédiée. Negative: La salle de bain mériterait un petit rafraîchissement.

Nous recommandons Positive: Bon emplacement, le logement correspond à la description et il est bien équipé et le logement était propre Negative: La fenêtre dans le salon qui ne se verrouille pas
