Joli loft central, moderne et bien aménagé

Positive: Beautiful little apartment. Kitchen facilities were much better than expected.

Thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Some small touches would make a huge difference. Positive: Location was great but unfortunately being downtown it was very noisy. We liked having an elevator and also liked the security with locked gates and doors. Cooking facilities were quite good although we didn’t use them much. Liked the coffee machine and having a bath tub. Negative: It was quite noisy especially at night. Also it would have helped to have had instruction manuals for the oven/microwave etc. would have been nice to have tea as well as coffee. I needed to do laundry as we had been travelling for awhile but there was nowhere that told me where the laundry was. A note saying where it was, how much it was and that it took coins only would have been helpful.

Buen alojamiento Positive: Es cómodo y limpio Negative: Si es muy pequeña la habitación. Pero es cómoda, lo demás todo bien.

Positive: La propreté, le souci du bien-être et ke confort! Negative: La localisation ... St-Rock s'est dégradé depuis ma dernière visite...:-(

Positive: El estudio está a media hora a pie del casco histórico de Quebec. El mobiliario es estilo minimalista y se encuentra en buen estado. La cama es muy cómoda. Negative: El climatizador hace mucho ruido, y hay un agujero en la ventana del alojamiento como conducto extractor, con lo cual se escucha bastante el ruido de la calle, y la puerta del edificio (que por cierto tiene 3 puertas y 2 códigos de acceso). Le comentamos al propietario la opción de cambiar de estudio por el tema del ruido, y ante la falta de disponibilidad, nos ofreció otro alojamiento por el doble del precio pagado, algo que nos pareció totalmente injusto e incoherente. Personalmente, es mejor pagar un poco más y buscar un alojamiento con un buen aislamiento y más próximo al centro.
