Grand appartement avec stationnement à Limoilou

Positive: La communication avec notre hôtel etait clair et le logement est très bien situé. Le quartier est très agréable. Negative: Le logement en revanche est dans un état très moyen, il est très sombre et pas vraiment agréable a vivre loin de ce que l'on peut attendre d'un logement sur booking pour le prix que nous avons payé. Le point le plus problématique est l'isolation phonique, attendez vous à entendre vos voisins.

Good apartment, great location, awkward parking Positive: The property is only about 7/8 minute drive from old Quebec City which was great. The property had a large kitchen, dining room and living room. Bedrooms were a good size. The living room had a window A/C unit, therefore of someone’s was sleeping on the couch the air conditioning had to bee turned off in order for them not to freeze, therefore the bedrooms getting pretty warm at night. The apartment is in a fantastic location close to many stores, bakery is right across the street that I am still dreaming about, and liquor store, pizza shop, pharmacy all within 5 minutes walking. Negative: The property parking situation and labeling of which apartment was ours was confusing. We were advised to park at the back of the building, but when you get to the back, it’s hard to tell which building number it is and therefore which parking belongs to the apartment. Better labeling would be great. Also the building in the back had an awkward entrance. You had to walk thru a wooden structure which didn’t seem stable/safe enough for people to go thru. The bathroom as well in the property looks like it doesn’t belong where it is. It has the basics you need, but could use an update. Handles were broken off the sink, no ventilation, a shower that looked very much out of place .

Positive: Location was good, there were some restaurants and stores close to this house. the host was friendly and always approachable and quick to reply. Negative: The house was Clean overall, but the pillows and blankets had an unpleasant odor.

Positive: Very good location Negative: Old building-you can hear a lot the neighbors upstairs.

Bof... Positive: L'accès est facile mais le stationnement compliqué à trouver. Negative: Le logement est assez vieillot. Les lits ne sont pas top confort et le bloc climatiseur est très bruyant. Le canapé lit n'est pas du tout confortable et il est juste en dessous du bloc climatiseur. La douche est très ancienne, un effort a été fait sur la décoration mais ça fait un peu cache misère... La porte d'entrée est vitrée et elle donne directement dans la rue sans rideau. Une porte de placard ouvre sur un accès vers la cave assez effrayant... bref. Pas top qualité.
